Important information regarding location

Please come to Reposer Hakuba (hotel) to check-in for both the hotel and villa.
Please note that if you search by address or phone number, you will be directed to a dead-end street on a back road.

In Google Maps, please search for Reposer Hakuba (ルポゼ白馬).
If you use a car navigation system, please search for “Kounso” (呼雲荘).

When you arrive, you will then see a sign that says “Reposer.”
Please park your car in the parking lot on the left and walk up to the counter inside the building.
The building where you will be staying is about 5 minutes away by car, so please do not unload your luggage at check-in.
